 2009 Everett Ridge Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc is organically grown (from the Preston Vineyard) and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The 2009 vintage has terrific lime, tropical fruit and floral aromas. There is also a nice mineral characteristic to the flavor of this wine, to go along with the delicious grapefruit, green apple and lime flavors. 539 cases bottled.
