Our Sauvignon Blanc is organically grown and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is a slightly bigger style for us, but it is a tremendous bottle of wine. There are plenty of inviting aromas --like sweet honeysuckle-- when you open the bottle. We taste ripe peach and light citrus flavors. With the ripeness, the wine has a richness that gives it a great mouth-feel, but there is plenty of acidity to pair with foods. Try it with a Spinach and grilled chicken salad, or lemon-cream shrimp pasta.

2007 EVERETT RIDGE CHARDONNAY, RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY

The 2007 Chardonnay starts with rich pineapple, lime and floral aromas. The mouth has lots of rich tropical fruit, with a hint of toasted almond. Aged in oak and stainless steel, this Chardonnay has a great finish. A refreshing wine that is great for sipping, try it with an alfredo pasta, or grilled ahi.
