2007 Everett Ridge PINOT NOIR, RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY
$42 per bottle
2007 is considered an excellent year for Pinot Noir, and the 2007 Russian River Pinot is a good example of the quality of the vintage. It has great red berry and baking spice aromas. The flavors are very appealing, with balanced, ripe cherry, a bit of blackberry and vanilla oak. It’s a Pinot, folks, not a Syrah, but it is not wimpy. If you liked the 2005 Reserve, you’ll love this one, too.

2007 Dry Creek Sangiovese
$35 per bottle
One of the best wines we have produced at Everett Ridge, the 2007 Sangiovese is beautiful. This wine has a smattering of the Montepulciano grape blended in, too. The experience starts with sweet oak, vanilla, and ripe blackberry cobbler aromas. While the ripeness of the fruit is present, it is a restrained, balanced wine. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, our Sangiovese has lots of black cherry and berry flavors. There is a bit of cocoa in the finish, too.
Enjoy!

2006 Estate Syrah
Dry Creek Valley
$32 per bottle
Usually, the Everett Ridge Estate produces some of Dry Creek’s finest syrah; and our 2006 vintage certainly continues that tradition.
The wine has aromas of toasted vanilla oak, black cherry and cocoa. The mouth is full of black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with just a hint of the customary bacon flavor we often get in the Syrah. It's ripe, juicy and balanced.
Petite Sirah is Everett Ridge’s signature red wine and the 2007 vintage carries the tradition proudly: It’s big, ripe and juicy, but continues to be elegant. It starts with terrific aromas of sweet oak, black berry and baking spice. The mouth has lots of juicy blueberry, coffee and black cherry. As always, our Estate Petite Sirah is an excellent bottle of wine.

We are so pleased with the way this wine has developed. Zinfandel lovers will enjoy the ripe, briary flavors, and the delicious cherry and blackberry fruit that is so abundant here. There is a terrific spicy hint of cinnamon, too. This is going to be a favorite among our wine club members.
