EXECUTIVE CHEF / MANAGING PARTNER
David Lawrence is a classically trained chef who hails from London. In 1982, he joined England’s most celebrated culinarians, Albert and Michael Roux, the chef proprietors of the world-renowned Le Gavroche and the Waterside Inn (both three-star Michelin restaurants). Lawrence was tapped to become chef de cuisine at London’s chic Interlude Restaurant, prior to moving to the United States in 1988 to join former Le Gavroche Chef Kurt Graising at the newly opened 231 Ellsworth Restaurant in San Mateo.

With a view of the Dry Creek Valley described as “dazzling” by Wine Country This Week, Everett Ridge Winery offers the best of wine, food and vistas anywhere in Sonoma County. Winemaker Dick Schultz’s commitment to organic farming and minimal intervention results in wines of great complexity and drinkability – and they are a perfect partner for Sonoma County’s culinary bounty.
