MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, OR, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY. All others,
call for availability. Shipments will be automatically charged
to your credit card. Members can cancel at any time by giving
written notice. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior
to the scheduled shipment will be charged to your account.
Members are responsible for address changes - additional return
shipping costs will be incurred if no notification is received. |
