• EST 08 AV PINOT -- Pinot Noir 08 Anderson Valley by Esterlina Vineyards The 2008 Esterlina Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir exhibits a complex array of fruit flavors, straddling the boundary between red and black fruit characteristics.  The aroma is redolent with strawberry puree and black cherry preserves, complemented by allspice and vanilla. The fruit lifts and expands across the palate with fine, well-integrated tannins. From smooth entry to lingering finish, the velvety texture is featured throughout the mouth feel.  This wine would pair well with braised pork with fruit compote or silky glazed salmon.  Sufficiently supple to enjoy now and will develop more complexity in the bottle for three to five years.
